Learned Standing Counsel informed that he has filed affidavit dated 3rd July, 2019 in the registry on 9th July, 2019, but the same is not on record. 
Office is directed to trace out the same and place it on record. 
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.7.2019, affidavit of respondent no.4 dated 31st July, 2019 and Instruction dated 28th July, 2019 have been filed today, which are taken on record. 
In the affidavit, it is stated that still 22211 posts of Assistant Teachers are vacant for which no fresh advertisement has been issued. Alongwith instruction dated 28th July, 2019, a list has also been provided having different categories of petitions as directed by this Court vide order dated 16th July, 2019. It is having four categories of petitions and first category of petitions are those cases which are covered by decision of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla and 118 others Vs. State of U.P. and others passed in Writ-A No.18235 of 2018 and they have also approached the respondents, but after declaration of result they are not satisfied. Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, learned Additional Advocate General stated at the bar that the respondent no.4 shall consider the grievance of the petitioners of first category cases and if it is found genuine, the same shall be corrected and marksheet shall be placed before this Court. In case grievance of the petitioners is not found correct, the reasoned order shall be passed to that effect and placed before the Court. He shall also produce the detail chart of all such petitioners whose answer books are rechecked in light of judgment of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla (Supra). 
It has been informed that after passing of order dated 16.7.2019, several other petitions have been filed by the petitioners. Learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that respondent no.4 shall also prepare the list of those petitions as directed by this Court vide earlier order dated 16.7.2019 and also consider the petitioners of first category cases in light of observation made hereinabove. 
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that original records, which is in the Court, may be given back for rechecking in light of observations made hereinabove. 
Considering his request, sealed cover envelope of original records having Writ Petitions No.5277 of 2019, 6434 of 2019, 7550 of 2019, 7710 of 2019, 7687 of 2019 and 7933 of 2019 is returned back to Mr. Amit Manohar, learned Standing Counsel. 
So far as petitions of second, third and fourth categories are concerned, the same shall be considered on the next date of listing. 
List this case on 14th August, 2019. On that date respondent no.4-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority shall remain present to assist the Court.
